These terms apply to your use of this website and to the TheAn0nClub members community. By using either, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. The community

TheAn0nClub provides vouchers, in card format, for use inside our own gaming community. The community is also the channel where we share updates, member vouchers and early access. Joining the community is free and entirely optional, and you may leave at any time.

Membership does not create any obligation to purchase anything, and does not entitle you to any specific offer, discount or outcome. What we share inside the community may change or stop at any time.

The community is hosted on a third-party messaging platform. Your use of that platform is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, not by ours.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, to place an order, or to join the community. By using our services you confirm that you are.

Where an order is offered on pay-after-delivery terms, payment falls due after the order has been delivered, in the manner and within the timeframe communicated to you at the time of the order. We may decline to offer these terms on any order at our discretion.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation. You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us at hello@hospitality.com and we will confirm the cancellation.

14-day refund. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us within that period and we will process the refund to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving your request.

Where a voucher code has already been redeemed or used, we may decline a refund for that voucher, since it can no longer be returned to us unused.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

The TheAn0nClub name, the content of this website, and the materials we share with members belong to us or our licensors. You may view and use them for your own personal purposes. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the website and the community available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of our services without notice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the website or the community. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
