Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data TheAn0nClub collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
TheAn0nClub is a brand operated by Q Hospitality LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States ("we", "us", "our"). Q Hospitality LLC is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
Registered address: Missoula, Montana, United States
Phone: 425.654.5555

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Order details — name, delivery address, email address and phone number, when you order a voucher.
- Correspondence — messages you send us by email or through our contact channels.
- Reviews — any name or comment you choose to submit to our reviews page.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.
- Advertising data — if you arrive from an advertising platform, that platform may pass or collect identifiers relating to your visit. See section 6.
Our landing page does not require you to enter any personal data to read it, and joining our community requires no form on this site.
3. Why we use it
- To process, ship and follow up on your orders — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To keep the website secure, functional and free of abuse — based on our legitimate interests.
- To measure the performance of our advertising, where you have consented.
- To meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations that apply to us.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the service:
- Google Firebase — hosting of order and review records, and authentication.
- EmailJS — delivery of transactional email relating to your order.
- Hosting and delivery providers — to serve this website.
- Shipping partners — to deliver your order to the address you provide.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
5. International transfers
We are established in the United States and some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted under applicable data protection law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the website to function. Where we use non-essential cookies — including any advertising or measurement technology provided by platforms we advertise on — we do so only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to satisfy legal, tax and accounting requirements. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your query. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data deleted.
- Restrict or object to how we process it.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@hospitality.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or the UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated on this website.
